dont waste your time looking and dont buy unless you get everything in writing because they sell you that its 55+ only on one side and has their own amenties away from the all ages side. But they fail to tell you is the amenties are open to a membership to the all ages side. they lied to me until a resident told me otherwise. i asked them to put it in writing that i was getting all 55 + amenties and they refused to. bad business!!!!
