Do not waste your time!!! The people at Oak Creek homes in Seguin TX are the most disrespectful, unprofessional, useless and rude. My wife and me were looking to buy a modular home, we had land and provided all the documents and permits needed for the loan. They are very rude, judgmental and selfish as well very unprofessional towards employees. They only care about their sales personnel. The hiring turned out is is very high as well there unemployment rates are high as well.
