We closed on June 20, 2022, house built new and set on the property September 1. We were told we should be able to move in within 90 days. Today is Dec 17, 2022 and we’re nowhere near moving in. The first crew destroyed the home. Didn’t put down any plastic or tape before texturing and painting. The trim, peel and stick flooring, carpet, tubs/showers, and fireplace covered in paint and texture. Sent a second crew to “fix” the first crew’s mess. They are very rude, judgmental and selfish as well very unprofessional towards employees. They only care about their sales personnel. The hiring turned out is is very high as well there unemployment rates are high as well.
