I was pleased with the appt. just a lot of extra with the covid which makes it hard for all of us.
Dr Ries was very helpful with consultation during the lockdown and when I broke a tooth they came in to relieve the stress till the tooth can be removed Very kind and professional!!

I honestly believe the front office staff, Mahr and Sue care about my finances. My dental hygienist, Kiersten, was very personable and provided pain free cleaning along with x-rays needed. If feel Dr. Reis examines me thoroughly to ensure good teeth health. I thought the insulated bag gift for signing up for insurance again was thoughtful.

They take time to explain what they are doing, make recommendations, and truly involve you in your dental health. Their customer service is "over the top" and they make you feel like family. The staff at Oak Creek Dental make the experience less stressful. They are all polite and friendly with good sense of humor. The Dental work is also great.
