maintenance is a big issue
Beware of the 'free 1 month' offer! You will end up paying for it each month after because apparently they will add onto every month's rent what you didn't pay in that free month. Most rude and unhelpful management ever.

This complex is amazing ! The stuff is great and friendly and the prices are so affordable for the great area .I really recommend !
I love it here its close to my job and my Friend's and the building that I live in is a nice area and plus I have nice neighbors that greet you every time they see you. And also the management here is also great.
