This place is not somewhere to send loved ones. There have been multiple falls with zero intervention. They are severely under staffed and do not answer call lights in a safe and reasonable manner. This in my opinion is elder abuse.
We could not be more pleased with the love, care, and attention our father receives at Oak Cottage. We feel blessed to have met Joe, the knowledgeable and genuine Administraitor when we began our search for residential care. After touring Oak Cottage we knew we had found the best place in town. Thank you for loving the residents as you would love your own family.
Great stuff, food delicious and the place is wonderful and new come and check it out!!
