Amazing experience! Our daughter totaled her car and as we were searching for a new one found West Raleigh Auto on FB Marketplace. We could not have had a more pleasant buying experience. Great service, no pressure
We had an easy, friendly experience here getting our new (to us) Mazda5 Grand Touring! The price was what brought us in, but the customer service was also great!
I can definitely recommend Brian and his staff. We bought a BMW from them in June.They were very friendly and provided a smooth and quick transaction.The car was very clean, well maintained, and had low mileage for the year of the car. We discovered a small problem once we got home, but Brian has been a true professional and has gone above and beyond what most people would do. Thank you, Brian, and Oak City (now West Raleigh)....we will definitely be in touch if we are in the market for another vehicle!
