I did not care for the unsanitary use of towels and wound care. Almost bleed to death because they did not answer my call bell for 30 min.Finally I called my son at home. and he came and called for paramedics. I have picture to back all this up.

The staff neglected to feed my husband 5 times during his 10 day stay. The Illinois Department of Public Health found them guilty of substandard care and guilty of not following procedures. Don’t send your love one here.

Came in to see my mother, there was a cna named Stacey that would not stop cussing at some patient. Very unprofessional. Hope they watch the way their staff treats patients better. My mom seemed ok with her care.

We picked this facility for my 94yr old mother who has moderate dementia because of the high ratings. The quality of nursing care was so bad we pulled my mother out of the place because her mental health was getting worse each day. The rehab staff were excellent but they only worked with her a couple of hours a day. The rest of the time she sat in her tiny patient room in a wheel chair. She was treated more like she was in a nursing home for alzheimer patients than someone wh… See more
