I moved here in April '17 and cannot be more pleased. My husband and I recently moved into Oak Brook Commons. We looked and visited apartments, townhouses, private dwellings for months, both new and older construction. I love this place. I am moving after only a year to be closer to family but this place is AMAZING. Apartment is bright and clean. Staff is wonderful. Answering questions via phone or email, shoveling, plowing, watering plants, mowing, they are all so pleasant and work very hard. The residents plant additional flowers and they are amazing. We moved in 3 weeks ago and are extremely happy we did!! The apartments are bright, spacious and has plenty of storage. The staff from office to maintenance to lawn crew etc are above and beyond amazing. We can't believe how maintenance and worry free living here really is. We definitely made the right choice moving here!
Lived here for 5+ years, while not the cheapest apartment, you certainly get a ton of value for your money. Large, spacious, clean apartments with open floor plans. Maintenance is very prompt and staff is friendly. The grounds are beautiful especially in Summer.
