Do not move here. Been here for 5 years not by choice. I can't count how many office workers have came and gone. So many maintenance workers have came and gone as well. I have been waiting 3 weeks and a day for 1 repair request. Of course when you ask about when it will get fixed, you get the printed out script reply that if he doesn't do it today, he will do it first thing in the morning and here it is almost the afternoon. I do pest control for oakbend commons. The manager Adora was so awesome and helpful. I had 3 units to service and she promptly grabbed the keys for me to service the unit. When I finished my units I reported my findings back to her and gave my recommendations. Really good experience all around.

Really disappointed about this place use to be nice but now the office are a mess and sone even care about their job or the property. You’d put in work order it will take them days before they even come and I can guaranteed you the issue won’t be fix please sone waste your money or fall for it .
