If you any to move somewhere that they don’t do routine maintenance, has mice, and you have to beg them to fix stuff move here. If you don’t want you deposit despite cleaning the apartment very well when I moved, live here! If you want rent increases of 200.00 a year live here! Paid $200 to fill out an application and never heard from anyone again. Was told getting approved wouldn't be an issue. I have tried calling, email, and showing up to the office countless times but can't get in contact with anyone
Was considering this property when I thought I was moving to Columbus and although I am no longer moving, I wanted to give kudos to the manager onsite for being easy to work with and extremely kind.
