Been living here 9 yrs. The new property manager kelly and the maintenance guy are absolutely amazing. I was planning to move based on the old management company. I will be staying now. All of my maintenance requests have been completed after begging the old company to help. So glad they are now under new management.
If you want to move somewhere that they don’t do routine maintenance, has mice, and you have to beg them to fix stuff move here. If you don’t want you deposit despite cleaning the apartment very well when I moved, live here! If you want rent increases of 200.00 a year live here! Forgot to mention, the promise of new appliances or carpet cleaning never coming move here! Nice place other than everything the mold in the basement and everything bad you could think ok.

I parked in the future resident parking space to come and see what was available after calling 20 times literally and nobody answered the phone upon a arrival. I knocked on the door several times the leasing office door that is as I heard people talking and nobody came to the door until I knocked the third time in a big Caucasian bearded redhead guy came to the door didn’t ask me.
