After putting in my washing machine request 7/14/25, I finally got my washing machine 9/22/25. Thank you maintenance man because I never hear anything from the office. I wrote the review below on 8/5/25 and I put in the request for my washing machine 7/14/25 and guess what I still don't have a washer and it's 9/8/25. I also still don't have my new stove that I was told I could get when I resigned my lease back in June. They never give you an update, they barely reply to the messages you send on the tenant portal, just a sorr... read more

Really disappointed about this place use to be nice but now the office are a mess and don’t even care about their job or the property. You’d put in work order it will take them days before they even come and I can guaranteed you the issue won’t be fix please don’t waste your money or fall for it .
Do not move here. Been here for 5 years not by choice. I can't count how many office workers have came and gone. So many maintenance workers have came and gone as well. I have been waiting 3 weeks and a day for 1 repair request. Of course when you ask about when it will get fixed, you get the printed out script reply that if he doesn't do it today, he will do it first thing in the morning and here it is almost the afternoon.
