Dr Takeuchi is an absolutely beautiful human. He is kind, generous and clearly loves his job and his patients. My mom loves her new dentures-- and bonus it is the cheapest place that I found when calling around!! Absolutely recommend. Edit: he fixed an issue she had! So kind

We were referred to Masato at Oak Bay Denture Clinic for my mom's upper dentures. He has been the epitome of professional, caring and considerate towards my mom who at times was .. challenging. He went over and above in order create a safe and welcome environment as she went though this major change. He is an absolute legend in quality and customer service.
With much concern arounnd replacement of my dentures, not having ever done that since I got my originals done several decades before! I consulted some of my own clients whom I knew were the best at what they did in the dental industry and who had nothing to gain from advising me to go to Masato. My wife and myself sing for seniors several times a week and I work with business owners in which I also must convey a ton of information to them.
