So if you choose to try and rent from here, be sure to get a response as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I signed up for the single key tenant insurance they require and have been billed for the last 5 months. I was under the assumption that after my application was denied under single key, it would end my service with them. It didn't and they have been billing me for 5 months after applying at oak and apple. Oak and apple didn't get back to me at all and left single key to respond to me 3 weeks after applying. Be aware.

We are new to having Oak and Apple has our property manager and have been happy so far, with their performance. Right from showing us our new home to quickly doing any repairs needed, They have been quick to act to get the job done!

I have nothing to say but wonderful things about oak and apple. Living alone has been a huge learning experience for me. Having a company like them has made a huge difference . They are always there if you have any questions or issues about anything. Prompt In response to everything, wonderful people that return your messages and put you at ease, they come immediately for any maintenance issues and has everything rectified right away. The owner of this company Jamie Buhler is a pastor but his morals are subject to debate. Let's stick to the facts though. I had one house that was damaged when his company took over my house portfolio. During the almost year-long period that the house was under management contract with his company, his company did absolutely nothing in terms of seeking out repair quotes or putting in tenants. Well. All these one star reviews tell the story. I am still waiting for my damage deposit back after 2+ months. No claims that anything is wrong or they hold it because of damage. Just ignoring me. Had to report to Tenancies board. But that process will take months and months.
