I don’t know why so many people are complaining. The oak and apple team have been nothing but absolutely fantastic for my wife and I. Unfortunately the homeowner is selling her house and we’ve got to move, if this wasn’t so we’d be sticking with oak and apple for the long haul. They’ve been quick to respond and friendly and there when you need them. I think people just enjoy complaining. 10/10, 5 stars, whatever, they’ve been great! I’m sure there’s more to the story to every bad review here.
Had a great experience with them as a property manager. The one time I had an issue it was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Their company portal is convenient for viewing documents and makes things just a bit easier.
The most fitting way to describe Oak and Apple is aggressively incompetent. They are the worst property manager and company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you are considering renting from them despite the staggering amount of bad reviews, make sure to get receipts for everything, and get everything in writing. My team have been working with them and so far we had great experience working and coordinating with maintenance team, payment and communication.
My shower has been broken for almost 2 weeks I told them more then 1 time and nothing my rent gets sent right to them from eia but I keep getting e-mails saying I need to give them over 2000 for late fees on the rent
