When I called and made my original appointment, they confirmed that my health insurance provider was covered and accepted by their office. I showed up for my appointment, they insisted I wear a face mask (even though their website says masks are optional). They also said that my insurance wasn’t accepted and turned me away after I filled out all of the paperwork. It was extremely unprofessional and rude and a waste of time on their end. Will not recommended this office to anyone I talk to in the future.

I called two times to make appointment, one is at about 4:00 PM, the other is at 12:01 PM, and both got no answers. Then I go to their website to set appointment, and an assistant called me back. But they can't make it before 9:30 am or after 3:30 pm. It gave me a very bad impression that the clinic people are lazy to work. Never want to call them again.

Their Google ad states they accept Medicare. Upon calling they claim they do not. 1/5

I've been a patient for over 18 years and Dr. Tsai and her office now serve 3 generations of women in our home! Great location, plenty parking (as long as your car is small! :)!), kind staff! I like that she served Queens hospital AND Kapiolani- that was the initial reason I chose her almost 2 decades ago. )I LOVED QUEENS!! A lot of OBs only do Kapiolani. Make sure you ask!
