I had an amazing aesthetic service with Kathy! I am in my 50s and Dr. Tsai recommended Hydrafacial, NVI RF for eyes, Picosure laser for dark spots, and Potenza RF microneedling with Rejuran to stimulate collagen growth. Kathy (PA) was so kind, knowledgeable and thorough. It makes a difference to work with medical professionals vs going to a regular spa/med spa, that is if you are more interested in results than getting a "spa" treatment. If you are pregnant and want a natural birth, avoid her at all cost . She doesn’t allow doulas and have a “non negotiables” that are high medical interventions. They also require pitocin for placenta and pitocin if you are not progressing. Continuous fetal monitoring is also required . I switched obs and had a doula and amazing birth with intermittent fetal monitoring and no pitocin at all even for placenta. Go to Tsai if you are okay with epidural, pitocin, laboring on your back and not having doula etc

Dr Tsai is thorough, I trust her and she does a great job. However, avoid her support staff (Nurse Practitioner Erica) as she made multiple mistakes during my visit when I couldn’t get into Dr Tsai. Multiple week delays due to her error. Very unprofessional.

When I called and made my original appointment, they confirmed that my health insurance provider was covered and accepted by their office. I showed up for my appointment, they insisted I wear a face mask (even though their website says masks are optional). They also said that my insurance wasn’t accepted and turned me away after I filled out all of the paperwork. It was extremely unprofessional and rude and a waste of time on their end. Will not recommended this office to anyone I talk to in the future.
