Hi! First of all, I received an incomplete product & subpar service. After I called about it, I did not get any action until several phone calls, then someone came almost two weeks later. After all of that wait, I was told they need to uninstall the window shutters I already paid for and reinstall in “one week.” Well, one week is today and no one came or even called, until I called my self.
