My 13 year old started in kickboxing and jiu jitsu a couple months ago, and we can't say enough good things about this place. The instruction is awesome, Justin is so great with the kids. And the gym is super clean!
I, unfortunately, moved away but this was the BEST gym ever. I miss it daily! Go check it out for yourself!

Recently switched my membership to O2. Love all of the gym equipment options there. Justin is a great kickboxing instructor, he’s always prepared and has a great class planned. Concepts build on each other. Really fun (hard ) cardio workout. Has whipped me into shape! Thanks Brittany and Justin! :)
