My wife and I had to drive an hour to reach the store but it was well worth it. We were able to get a good deal on a used portable oxygen concentrator that came with a great warranty. Issa was very knowledgeable and a great help to us in deciding on the best machine to meet our specific needs. Highly recommended.
O2Relief and especially Stacey were wonderful to work with and I will never go anywhere else again. While visiting family in San Diego my CPAP machine quit working on Friday night, 😩. My wife found this place, open on Saturday, went there and was treated like a king. Walked out with a new machine and have slept like a baby since. Again thank you O2Relief/Stacey 🙏

Bought a new Imogen 3 here almost 3 yrs ago. Last year it needed a new part. Was told it was discontinued? Would we like a new one. NO. Had to be sent in for the part( which was covered when we pointed out that it was still under warranty). My husband took it in and they talked him into renting one for $250 until mine came back! Today another part went out. Said it was discontinued. Do we want a rental? No. That will 4 to 6 weeks until it is fixed! I have used Imogen for going on 8 years. I've been dealing with this place for about a couple of years and I'm 100% satisfied with them. They're all so professional, nice, helpful and honest including the owner who taught me how to use my Inogen One G5, the salesman who was really honest and helped me pick the right poc for me, the technician who helped reset the poc after buying a new column (filter) and their representatives who replied right away for my chat request.
