My husband is a welder so they always have what he needs and the staff is awesome!
Exchanged my bottle on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving but I didn't crack it open until Friday evening. I should have known when I saw the condition of the bottle as I was loading it that this is not standard practice. Then when I removed the safety collar, I found dirt all over the valve. And when I hooked the bottle up, it's leaking from the valve stem. This is costing me several hundred dollars in Lost productivity. I'll remove the one-star review when you guys make this right
Came in as a first-time customer, working out of town.. and these guys hooked me up! Came in looking for a large acetylene swap out, told me they had one, and it was actually already gone! So, to make it right, they let me borrow a smaller tank to get the job done/ keep me going at no charge! That's customer service! Better service, better/ more accessories on hand, and more knowledge than all I've been to in the Atlanta area. Highly recommend this be your go-to welding supply house!
We have used these guys for over 20 years because they are very professional and extremely knowledgeable! They have fair business practices and are as transparent as you will find....
