Wow, the company closed. This is a shock as I was hoping to get some replacement parts. Fack.
Love the mask. Have been using it for 16 months. However, the customer service was terrible. This is the case of a great idea falling the hands of incompetent managers. It would explain to why it closed. Ironically, they blame it on market saturation. Considering the unique nature of that product, I find this hard to believe. Would give negative rating if possible. Ordered over $150.00 (usd) worth of masks from O2 Canada. It could not pass US customs because they labled it as a “respirator” which requires medical documentation for it to clear. How can this company not know of this? It has not responded to numerous attempts via email & telephone to the company to correct the shipping label to read masks instead of or addition to respirator have not been returned.
