Omer was great to work with! He answered all of our questions and made our new water heater install stress free! He is very knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend to anyone!
Had a really great experience with initial repair. Was quoted for a water heater replacement and had to delay the work a few weeks due to some other work that needed to be done first. Upon going back to them to let them know I was ready to schedule the work, they told me I had to sign an agreement, put down a deposit, and I needed to email them a copy of my ID & Credit Card.
