Omer talked me through some steps over the phone which gave me a temporary fix of the problem until he was able to do a deeper diagnosis in person. Fast response, professional service
So let me start this out by saying how Amazing O & W Heating and Cooling Service is! On January 19th 2025 our 14 year old furnace was on & off igniting & Not igniting properly. Kind of had a brain of its own cutting heat off-this week in Wisconsin with the temperature being about a Negative -10 below with the windchill.
