Bad quality of work, bad technicians.
I have had a credit balance since November 2023. I have called four times asking for a check to be sent. It has now been five months that I have been dealing with this issue and I have no check. Horrible customer service! I wonder if I will ever get my money back?

I have had a credit balance of over $700 for months. I've requested a check in the mail for the last 5 months, I've been promised to have this "at the next billing cycle". Today I called to try to rectify this one more time. I've tried calling 5 times today and have been on hold each time with the same 3 messages revolving for 30+ minutes at a time till I need to move to something else that's beneficial for my practice.
