Terrible lab, their work is poor, open margins and shady business. They off shore their cases yet charging the dentist in US very high. I stopped sending cases to them, tired of redos with them. I had to send a zirconia crown back to them since it kept coming off! I changed the material to base PFM which is lower in price than Zirconia crowns in all other Dental labs in USA.This shady lab over charged me for the base PFM. I have been using this lab for over 20 years and it's been fantastic. Excellent customer service, almost no redos, and an acceptable turnaround time.
Bad quality of work, bad technicians.
I have had a credit balance since November 2023. I have called four times asking for a check to be sent. It has now been five months that I have been dealing with this issue and I have no check. Horrible customer service! I wonder if I will ever get my money back?
