Before going to O-Sabi's I only thought I knew what a good Japanese restaurant was. After go to O-Sabi's I now know what a truly great Japanese restaurant is! I had an Umi Shooter, the 4 of a kind Sashimi lunch, and a large Saki. Man, it was fantastic. If I was a local I'd eat there every payday.
