Bad customer service. Difficult to get information on parts. Parts are posted on their webpage with no information. Tried to get information by phone, was told it wasn't their part. Emailed them only to be told the part I was looking at was custom and they wouldn't quote??
If I could rate less than 1 star I would!! Terrible customer service through email and with a phone conversation. Both ladies I spoke to were very rude and condescending to a paying customer. I will purchase o-rings elsewhere.
Called in and the lady that answers is soooo rude.. 0 stars customer service is terrible.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Received an incorrect part, called in and was told they cannot help me on the phone and I needed to email and there was no one I could talk to and basically hung up on me. As all the other reviews say they obviously do not want any more business based on how they treat their customers.
