I came with my daughter for a referral from her main doctor and this paisa that do the helmets adjustments make me wait over 30 minutes and when I complain him that I was waiting for too long and I was going to lose another appointment that I had his response was. you can go if you want.instead of stay quiet or be professional he escalate the situation

We had a very concerning experience at O&P in Motion during our twins’ cranial helmet pickup appointment, and I feel obligated to share this so other parents know what to expect. The technician who assisted us provided the helmets and briefly explained how to put them on, but no fit check was performed once the helmets were on our babies. This was alarming given that these are medical devices for infants. We were also never given a clear explanation of the technician’s title, or credentials. This place is incredible! They are very professional and helped my daughter with her helmet, but they also were available on text to reschedule appointments and answer questions. I was very impressed with their communication, professionalism, and getting results. My daughter only needed the helmet for 2 months and her plagiocephaly was corrected. A bonus part was they do a little graduation ceremony when she’s done with the helmet with a gown and cap and it’s absolutely adorable. Just goes to show how amazing they are!
