He was super friendly and almost glad to see me! I made it clear that I did not want to spend a lot of money on a repair because of the age of my car. RecommendedI recently had some damage repaired on my rear quarter panel. A couple other shops said it would be a major repair and it would be very expensive. When I brought it to Abra the staff said it wouldn’t be too terrible, got me a quote which was much cheaper than the other shops, and I was happy to have them fix it. They did an excellent job on the repair, called every day with updates, AND let me come in and check it out. It looks brand new, the staff were honest, friendly, professional, and overall good people.

RecommendedI give a 3 star because our car was promised on a Friday and it was not ready... was not ready till the following Monday. But then they had to get approval from Geico for more damage and said they got it and in a couple days the parts would be in and they would call. TWO weeks went by and NO call....finally I called and was told they thought they called me. However the car was done nicely....new hood and other things and it was acceptable work.
