RecommendedI would recommend the team at Caliber Collision on Fay Street to anyone. Chad was incredible through the entire process. He paid close attention to the detail of the repair and called with updates every step of the way. I am so happy with the repairs. My car is not even two years old and to know my car was in good hands meant a lot.

ZERO out of five stars. Caliber Longmont still has my car after dropping it off on 5/27/20. This has been over 6 weeks of HELL, with no firm date for completion. Each week I am told that there are problems, but it will probably be ready the end or this week, or the beginning of the next. For the first 4 weeks I was getting no feedback because they were sending update information to the wrong person. I have called my auto insurance company to review their relationship with Caliber. Giving people a warning, do not take your vehicle here!!!!! Worst customer service, very unprofessional and disrespectful staff, don’t know what a deadline is, State farm sent me here that was one of their biggest mistakes. My repair was only supposed to take 3 to 4 weeks, took two months without any communication on their behalf, Calling them daily for updates, But instead of getting any I would just get passed around to another sales rep that didn’t know anything. RecommendedI came in spur of the moment, no appointment, as I was desperately trying to find a quick shop to go to to have some minor repair done.
