I’m a returning customer and give Caliber Collision in Moore 5 stars all the way! Jerry went above and beyond to make sure my daughters car was safe to drive! He sacrificed his time and even his own money to help us get her car complete. I thank him enough for everything! 🙏😭 I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking to get their car repaired, doesn’t matter if it’s through insurance or out of pocket. They repaired the damage to my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta done by a deer. The repair turned out as good as new and they returned my car back to me cleaner than it was when I turned it into them for repair. The general manager and staff were polite, courteous and professional, with several calls during the week to update me on the repair process.
Highly recommend!! My whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Service was fast and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The little details they provide really made my experience memorable.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They took 4 months to repair my Volvo! All I got were excuses and deflected blame. Not once did they apologize for the delay or did they offer to help us out in any way. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First they blamed our insurance saying they didn’t get back to them in a month (but they couldn’t tell me how often they tried to contact them). Horrible communication and work ,they painted my car after an accident and my moldings look a different color so they took it back but when I got it back the moldings were still darker the the rest of the car , there was over spray all over the car , specially the windshield , there was paint in the mirror , there was paint on the side step , I would never recommend this place , the reason I didn’t take it back again it’s because I can’t keep paying for car rentals because of their mistakes.

RecommendedFour wrecks in less than 2 years??? And I always return to Caliber Collision. They are organized, professional, so friendly, that I wouldn’t go any other place. A long time friend used a place in Norman and was so unhappy with the results on her car that I thought I should bring it up more. My car always looks back to new.
