We were in need of our carpets cleaned due to smoking damage (which I made sure they knew before coming to give a quote). The job was too large for this business to handle. They did not move furniture and used a portable unit (not a truck mounted system). Had the owner been honest about how he could not have handled a carpet cleaning job of that size we would still have hired the company to clean the windows (the windows looked great).
