The staff were knowledgeable, efficient, and personable.
Mechanics are rude and do not care about the customers. The man at the front desk was more worried about talking to regular customers than helping new ones. Overall, it was fairly good service just not very friendly people.
Avoid this business if possible. Had to come in to get a tire plug from picking up a nail. I called ahead to ask how long the wait would be, and was told it would be 15 minutes before my truck would go on the rack. I told them that I would be there in 15 minutes. Upon arrival I pulled my vehicle in the stall and sat in the lobby for an hour before my truck went up on the rack. The employees are extremely lazy and seem to be in no hurry.
Very helpful staff. They found an issue with my car that another shop was supposed to fix and when they knew that money was right they worked the price down for me. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable.
Bad experience. Wanted to get some bfg all terrains and found them at discount tire for $231 a tire and asked if they price match. Lady said they wouldn't price match without a signed estimate from another place. If I'm there getting an estimate in person why wouldn't I just get them at the other store. They should price match what it shows online or over the phone for another store if they want business. Even said they only pay $159 a tire for those. She was pretty rude about it as well.
