Awful ebay customer service. Asked a question about conflicting part condition because title said “B” grade description said “A” grade....I got an excuse about the ebay app providing different info....and NO answer to the actual question.....also discovered other listings from same seller with titles that were false/misleading part information. Ill stay away from this place for sure.

I've used them for YEARS now and they have fair prices and great inventory...and a friendly staff
Saw part online listed in "A" condition. Called and verified it was available. Drove 30 minutes over there and found it had not been removed from the vehicle yet. No big deal, I wait 10 minutes or so. Next, I find out the part was damaged in several areas, and not usable. Lots of wasted time, disappointing experience.

Drove down there. Waited and waited and waited in the store. Finally walked out. Rude and not helpful
I have bought two engines from them and they are very helpful and honest! If they tell you it’s good, it’s good!!
Have dealt with these guys for over 20 years. And can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. And if you list parts from them on an estimate you can be confident that you will not get a phone call saying they sent a damaged part.
