Called about renting a home, spoke with Johnny who was completely disrespectful and implied I wouldn’t qualify. I’ve been in investment banking for years and make well over 6 figures. I have a great rental history and paystubs as proof. Yet I was told he didn’t want to “waste time” and literally hung up on me. This shows how unprofessional this company is and I personally refuse to do business with them.
We were lied to by JP (the office manager) and Mr.Wu (a real estate agent) and we were falsely lead to believe that a property would be ours upon a passing credit check. Instead, they used an AI credit check system which drastically dropped my credit score so that they could ask for more money than what was initially stated. Furthermore, this AI credit check system is not even affiliated with the three credit bureaus. Easy to work with. I got my job done easily and quickly. Johnny was very helpful during the process and even expedited it by preparing all the documents beforehand.
Rented out my place from Johnny Paganelli who works for O'Harmony Realty, great realtor made the experience very easy for me and my family.
Please believe the negative reviews about deposits not being completely returned. We always paid on time. Kept the home clean and most importantly changed the Ac filters before move out. Yet they took out of our deposit $50 for "new filters" as well as $600 for "painting" for some minor scratches. We've haven't had any issues in our past with property companies/mangers being that we are military and move around but I am astonished by how true the negative reviews were once it happened to us.
