I've been with O'Harmony for more than 10 years since I started investing in rental properties, and they have been amazing. They handle everything from rent, repairs, tenants, HOA,. The team under property manager Karen's leadership has done an excellent job, super reliable and easy to work with, so I don't have to worry. Johnny got straight to the point and I was in a house the same week! Highly recommend
Called about renting a home, spoke with Johnny who was completely disrespectful and implied I wouldn’t qualify. I’ve been in investment banking for years and make well over 6 figures. I have a great rental history and paystubs as proof. Yet I was told he didn’t want to “waste time” and literally hung up on me. This shows how unprofessional this company is and I personally refuse to do business with them.
