I had one of the worst experiences at this salon and would definitely not recommend it. Before visiting, I called to ask about the prices. I was told that acrylic nail removal would be $15 and a gel pedicure would be $25. Based on those prices, I decided to book my appointment. I warn you do not go here!!! Not from here brought my daughter for a manicure and thought all was well friendly service, after leaving my daughter mentioned not knowing nails were supposed to hurt, I got her to explain. The staff cut her twice both times pretty badly, enough that there was blood in water dish. And then shows me a spot that looked like a spark and burnt spot. Great hospitality. Great results. Great price. The woman who did my nails was so kind and did an amazing job. I love my acrylics! We were her last customers of the day but she was so happy to still have us and gave nothing short of great service.
A horror story of an experience. I was there for 2 hours only for it to turn out nothing whatsoever in the realm of the inspiration pic which the artist didn’t voice any concerns about doing or simplifying besides doing 2 nails instead of all 5. After the set was completely done she decided to start tackling my cuticles, why on earth would you wait until the end to do that, and she cut my thumb so bad I started bleeding.
