The people in the front desk are very rude and then the policies that they have are ridiculous. My niece is going through her first pregnancy and she has to go in alone, even during the ultrasounds, her partner can be with her to see his first baby's ultrasound. They have a bunch of people waiting in the hallway sitting on the floor because they only have 1 bench
After waiting almost 3 weeks for an appointment as they only see new patients on Mondays and Wednesdays. I show up and 1.5 hrs into my appointment while half naked waiting on an ultrasound they decline to see me as a patient due to my age, weight, and number of csections. This was disclosed at the time of scheduling. What’s even more aggravating is I asked to send medical records prior to appointment and I was declined and told to bring them day of. I love the NP and most of the medical staff. The receptionist/clerks leave much to be desired. Sometimes rude and it is a long wait. Expect to be there for no less than 2hrs every appointment.
