I called for installation of a new garage door opener and received on Dec. 22, 2017 prompt service and excellent job installing the new door opener. A few days later I noticed a switch must also be connected and Alex and Ryan provided exceptional service. A big thanks to Team work at O'Fallon Overhead Doors LLC and services they provide for us.
Came home during the storms yesterday and the garage door only opened about an inch, then stopped. Figured with all the lightning, maybe the power went out, so I left the car in the driveway and went in the front door. None of my backup power supplies were alarming, and the lights worked fine, so I headed it to the garage to see what was wrong. Hit the button and the door went down.
