Letter says 1 - 2 hours wait, its more like 4 hours +, what is the point of appointment booking times, confirming appointment times and then confirming if we got the text message confirming our appointment times, to not be seen at the actual appointment time. Chairs are way to uncomfortable for patients to be asked to sit on them for that long. What is the point of having appointment times? Appt at 9.50. Got xrayed and still waiting to see dr at quarter to 12. Its too long to make people with broken bones in a lot of pain sit around. Its not even an emergency dept.
