Waiting 2-3 hours multiple patients. Place could care less. Horrible
I will not comply with the new palm scanners, iam completely against any kind of biometric technology and I will leave if forced to, the no password wifi is sketchy and my phone warns me everytime i connect to it about a man in the middle attack, im not sure if this if them doing it or a cyber threat other than that, this place is ok, staff is friendly as long as your friendly; I cannot stand Dr Pflaster and thankful i dont have to see him. phone calls take forever and appointments are booked solid, i go to the patchogue loc... read more
They put me in an exam room for 50 minutes waiting for the doctor. He never appeared and no one came in to speak to me. I walked out at that point and clearly won't be coming back here even if I am having a stroke.
OMG!!! I cannot believe there aren't many reviews for this facility! I guess the transition and absorption of the old South Shore Neurologics into NYU Langone is the reason. But, I have MS, and have been utilizing their professional skills and services since Covid. In the past 11 years I have used 3 other PT offices that if you had to do a comparison, it would be like comparing a go-cart to Cadillac...not even in the same league!!!! The worst- staff is very rude and self important - show no interest in the health and welfare of the patients trying to make an appointment- I would not recommend this doctor- I was referred to them via ER doctor at Northwell Riverhead - after they did extensive testing on me- now I am looking around for follow up care- via a neurologist with a well run office and professional staff-
