Doctor is great... wait time is pathetic. My 92 yr old mother has back and hip pain and her last 3 visits have all had at least a 20 minute wait. We're going on 25 mins right now, before 10am. Is it that hard to let the patient know that the doctor is running behind?
I had an overall excellent experience at this office. The nurse, Raven, was professional, attentive, and very kind. Dr. McCaffrey was top-notch and really took his time explaining my previous lab results, which helped relieve a lot of my anxiety. They also have an amazing onsite lab, making the entire process incredibly efficient. I was in and out with no hassle. Highly recommend!
The security guard is exceptional. He is always cheerful and kind.
Horrible. Avoid like a plague. They tell you to use the portal or call for medicine refills and no one responds
