I would have given this 0 star if it wasn’t for the nurse Doreen and nurse assistant Cathy and the asian nurses who work on the 5th Floor for making me feel comfortable. I was saved by the EMS, when I got to the ER, the female doctor( which I will keep her name confidential to keep her job) was very rude, she wrote something that wasnt true On my paperwork, and the two guys working in the C/T room during midnight was was very rude and have no manner. Never never will I ever come here again I would Literally rather have a stranger take care of me that be taken care of by these so call “professionals” let’s say this doctor Somona Pathak, MD Was the worst most condescending and rude person ever. What this hospital needs is training on customer service !!!

Best service I have ever received from a hospital and especially from Victoria and Winnie from Respiratory Augustana. I walked in this hospital with it being my last hope to take a rapid covid-19 test so that I could travel. Victoria helped me right away and the service was fast and easy. Once again I want to thank the NYU Langone Hospital for their great service!
