This place is called smile by design. It's a dentist. I haven't had my teeth cleaned in a while. So I had to get a deep cleaning. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them!
I had an amazing experience at NYU Medical Association in Delray Beach. Nicole Cox was my therapist for the second time. When I arrived to Florida in November, I was experiencing hip pain, making walking very painful. Now, after several weeks, following her plan of exercises she created for me, my pain is gone and I am able to walk, ride bike and swim. Dr. Natalie Voorn is my PCP and she is amazing and very efficient. Very professional.
The Delray Beach office on Military Trail was recently remodeled and accommodate the growing needs of the expanding practice. There are some very good practitioners there, and a very small number of not-so-great ones. Here's what's wrong: Even after the remodel and all the new staff, the check-in and check-out process is ridiculous. While you are usually seen on time, or close to on time by the practitioner, you waste time standing in a line where there is absolutely no floor space for the line of people trying to check out.... read more
