We called ahead to make sure they took my insurance. They tapped on their little computer, looked up my insurance information, and said, "Yes, kind people, we do take your insurance." So, as trusting people who think they are dealing with a competent doctor's office, my Mom proceeds to take 40 minutes out of her work day just to DRIVE me there... to this place called NYU Langone Blah Blah of Delray Beach. I have been a patient at NYU for 4 years. This practice used to be excellent.Not anymore. The practice has hired uncaring incompetent doctors. The doctors that I used to see seem over worked with too many patients to remember who you are. Communication is awful, it takes days for a doctor to answer you. I have left this practice and the 3 doctors that I used to see here. It’s one big factory, stay away!!!
The PT took a new patient appointment, only to not have appointments for physical therapy available for 2 months. This was a huge waste of time and money. Would not recommend.
