I’ve read some of the bad reviews on the office, and I’m surprised. I was there to see Dr Steinberg, who is beyond wonderful, professionally and personally. I found the staff to be friendly and extremely helpful. I was seen on time, and treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend both the office and Dr Jonathan Steinberg (gastroenterologist).
The doctors are ok-ish. The front desk staff defenitely have NYC attitude (not in a good way). How they keep their job, is beyond me. I guess you get what you pay for.

I agree with another reviewer's comments that it's not really easy to find the physician office location. They are hidden in the back of a big office complex. Once I got to the location, the check-in process was fairly easy; mostly automated so nice if you're good with tech, not so nice if you're not good with tech.
