The staff is horrible. .I called to find out the time of my 93 yr.old mother's appt . I knew the date. I scheduled the appt . Weeks ago. They won't tell me the time. Staff is impossible !

Dr Akpinar is the best surgeon you can find, the best knowledge and care. He is caring, compassionate and intelligent My mother had two back to back surgeries with him in less than 2 weeks and they were both very successful It was very traumatic for me and Dr Akpinar was totally supportive and caring He communicated with me by phone and on my chart constantly all thru the day and night I can't say enough about his kindness and support and additionally his Assistant Vanessa was amazing to work with during a very stressful 2 w... read more

Saw me on time. Doctor Fabricant listened to my concerns and there were a lot of them. She didn't make me feel stupid or that I was bothering her. Which unfortunately is rare. It's so easy to just listen and care. I left feeling heard and with an action plan.

We called ahead to make sure they took my insurance. They tapped on their little computer, looked up my insurance information, and said, "Yes, kind people, we do take your insurance." So, as trusting people who think they are dealing with a competent doctor's office, my Mom proceeds to take 40 minutes out of her work day just to DRIVE me there... to this place called NYU Langone Blah Blah of Delray Beach.
