Showed up for my meeting with someone and I didn't remember the name of the person I was seeing. No one knew who I was seeing and it turns out she didn't show up to work that day. Someone else helped me she was very rude and annoyed with me. For some reason I scheduled another appointment with these people and I called the day of to confirm my appointment and they didn't have me on the schedule and again acted very annoyed. Super bad Service
Theresa called me back the next day and got me all set up over the phone! Health insurance is so overwhelming and my eyes were crossed. One easy phone call and I was all set! Am so grateful I didn't have to do it alone!! THANK YOU!!!

Phenomenal customer service! Anne is especially wonderful here. They are all very professional and very helpful even when you are a frantic mess. ;) Anne worked with me for hours late into her work shift to make sure I was enrolled in a health plan ASAP.
