Worst car buying and customer service experience ever. Purchased a vehicle last Thursday, its been a week and the dealership still has NOT delivered our vehicle! We drove over 3 hours to this dealership for a specific vehicle. When we arrived at approximately 10 am we were greeted by a salesman Obi, he escorted us to his desk where we discussed what we were there for. Wish I could say it was a pleasure doing business here but it was NOT!!!!!! Should’ve known from the very beginning when they lowball the hell out of me for my trade-in truck (did not do the trade in) spent the entire day up there. I understand my credit is not the best, but good Lord I was up there from when they opened until they closed listening to bs.
