This Service Department and the Used Sales personal at this dealership have provided me with impeccable service and professionalism. George Wooten in Service, Warren Bolden in sales, unbelievable helpful regardless of the issue. I see some lesser reviews that express a lot of frustration. Very disappointing experience, especially regarding safety. Before purchasing the car, I told the salesperson it was shaking while breaking. He acknowledged the issue and said it was probably the rotors. I bought the car as is with that understanding. After the purchase, I discovered a major safety issue: one of the seatbelts was completely missing. (Photos attached). Horrible Experience with the Service Dept on Repairs. Paid over $4,000 to have front end repaired only to have it fail within less than 1,000. Service wanted another $2,000 to repair the work they did. Talked to Service Mgr said he would follow-up the next day never called. Reported to BBB and answer from Nyle Maxwell had false information. Have been going to Nyle Maxwell for 14 years but have seen decline in service and we will never return for any vehicle work. Beware of Service Dept promises!
