Buyer beware!!! I hope you NEVER need to use the highly toted and pitched "lifetime warranty." The only reason I bought my 1 ton diesel dually from Nyle Maxwell was to enjoy their "lifetime warranty," but it is a complete farce. The salesman told me in order to keep the warranty for as long as I owned the truck, I would simply have to get the oil changed every 10,000 miles OR LESS at one of their dealerships (later this was modified to any Dodge Dealership because the Castroville location near me closed down.) I took my car in for a sound that was happening while driving. The dealership told me they found it and fixed it along with changing my oil and fixing a leak. I went to pick up my car and they told me actually that was a typo and that they jjst changed my oil and fixed a leak that was reported to my warranty policy. I pushed for them to drive with me and understand the issue i brought it for but they were more concerned with closing their ticket and scheduling me again on another ticket.
