After a little back and forth, they finally made good on 66% of what they said they would do. Not 100% happy but hey 66% is better than 0% so I will not complain. Thanks for at least meeting me in the middle and doing most of what yall said
Service was good, but unfortunately after purchasing a $10,000 vehicle, after only 3 weeks the vehicle broke down. The vehicle did come with a 3,000 mile power train warranty. The fuel pump went out. Called them to see if they could help in any way since they claimed customer satisfaction. There general manager Mike Wilson said to help with the situation when we went to buy new tires (because the tires were also bad) that he would pay half the cost of tires up to $300. Customer service was outstanding. George, John, Bob pretty much so. Everyone at the dealership was nice. Friendly, helpful. Respectful the vibe was the bomb. Will recommend
