If I could give zero stars, I would I was told over the phone last Friday that I could take my daughter‘s Jeep in on Monday at 7:30 and it would be 48 hours probably before they could look at it and it is now Thursday at 6 PM and they still haven’t looked at it even though I’ve called yesterday and talked to this George my service guy and he told me it was just being pulled in the bay and they would have an answer for me this morning and I called three times today trying to get him or someone And finally got through to someo... read more
I enjoyed my experience buying my truck from here. The truck was nice and well kept and had all the service history from it. Sean was great and helped me out. He made sure that everything was good and that i had no issues at all. I would recommend to go with him if you’re looking into getting a car.
Buyer beware!!! I hope you NEVER need to use the highly toted and pitched "lifetime warranty." The only reason I bought my 1 ton diesel dually from Nyle Maxwell was to enjoy their "lifetime warranty," but it is a complete farce. The salesman told me in order to keep the warranty for as long as I owned the truck, I would simply have to get the oil changed every 10,000 miles OR LESS at one of their dealerships (later this was modified to any Dodge Dealership because the Castroville location near me closed down.)
