Had the worst experience ever. Will never use Nyle Maxwell again to service a vehicle or purchase one. Please note this vehicle was actually purchased at Nyle Maxwell as well. Nothing was repaired for any of the issues we brought to their attention and we were used just to bill warranty for other repairs. The information given to the service rep was not conveyed to the mechanic until vehicle we brought back a second time because nothing was fixed. I’ve only had my truck two 3 weeks and it’s been into their shop twice already once one week in and the second currently as i type. The initial process was cool a little pushy but cool i was assure everything was good but I should’ve known at 75,000 plus miles something would be up but i trusted my salesman and his car facts.
