Not an ideal experience I found a 2015 Jeep Cherokee online, contacted Nyhus and they were great working with on the phone. Approved the financing, and were accommodating with my time. I think it was a lot of "we'll make it work" "won't be a problem" and "I'll see what I can do" before I actually got there. I was very specific before my visit on the tires and was the main thing I cared about with the roads I travel on for work. Update 1/16/20 - the car I purchased has now been to either another car dealership or independent auto shop 3 times. Within the first 40 miles I drove it, the check engine light went on, debilitating the Auto-start. I needed a software update and code with the heating. Now at the latest dealership in Fargo for software update, I'm told the thermostat will need to be replaced and Nyhus has been truly atrocious to work with. It's -20 and the heating is working at about 20% capacity and it's been 2 days since I've been able to ... read more
New Car Mark was great to work with. Very accommodating. Showed us a lot of cars and explained the features of each.He got each car ready for a test drive, removed the snow and heated them all up before we drove them. Great Service!. Jon was great to work with in getting all the financing taken care of in a very timely manner.
