I TOOK MY 2016 SUBABRU TO NYE TOYOTA, I MET WITH ANDREW TROMBLEY AND HE LOOKED OVER THE LIST I HAD THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THEN CLAYTON GEASLIN SERVICE CAME OVER AND HAD A TECH TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY CLAYTON CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER EVERYTHING ONCE ALL THE PARTS WERE IN THEY TOOK THE CAR IN. very professional and timely service
Excellent service and people are great. Went in for a 10,000 service and a NYS Inspection. They found one tire had an issue, told me about it and I decided to have it fixed. My inspection was very thorough. I’d recommend Nye to anyone.
Friendly staff and great service center. Some outdoor seating for waiting would be a nice addition!
