I have a 2023 Toyota Highlander Lease. I was quoted $1800 for brake service for our ‘23 Highlander with 32k miles. I thought the hybrid with the regenerative brake system would have longer lasting brakes. I got a second opinion from our local mechanic and he said the pads and rotors didn’t need replacement, and if they did, he wouldn’t charge more than $700 to $800 at the absolute most for a full brake job. I TOOK MY 2016 SUBABRU TO NYE TOYOTA, I MET WITH ANDREW TROMBLEY AND HE LOOKED OVER THE LIST I HAD THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THEN CLAYTON GEASLIN SERVICE CAME OVER AND HAD A TECH TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY CLAYTON CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER EVERYTHING ONCE ALL THE PARTS WERE IN THEY TOOK THE CAR IN.
