The worst place, the first year was pretty good until the sell the apartment to another person, after that was terrifying and I least we spend almost 4 months with no laundry service. I would not recommend to live here
DO NOT RENT HERE
Terrible management! No matter how you attempt to reach them, by email by call or through the portal they do NOT ANSWER. They do not return emails or voice messages. Management closes out maintenance request without completing or reaching out. They have these multiple charges on monthly bill, that I have required more info for and have yet to get a returned call. The machines they bought for laundry are always breaking and not enough for how many units there is. During snow they do not hire people to plow on regularly and th... read more
Management doesn’t reply to emails, work orders sit for months at a time, nobody comes out to plow or shovel the parking lot, maintenance and management are barely there - not worth the money you pay.
