The worst place, the first year was pretty good until the sell the apartment to another person, after that was terrifying and I least we spend almost 4 months with no laundry service. I would not recommend to live here

Terrible management! No matter how you attempt to reach them, by email by call or through the portal they do NOT ANSWER. They do not return emails or voice messages. Management closes out maintenance request without completing or reaching out. They have these multiple charges on monthly bill, that I have required more info for and have yet to get a returned call. Management doesn’t reply to emails, work orders sit for months at a time, nobody comes out to plow or shovel the parking lot, maintenance and management are barely there - not worth the money you pay.
Do not rent an apartment here. My friend has lived here for well over a year, there is no communication, no one answers the phone, increases in rent with no warnings or details about it. You cannot get a hold of any one. Ever. Beth Cox is literally the landlord every one is talking about on the reviews yet she’s leaving herself a 5 star review. It just boils down to shitty management and no respect for people renting their HOMES from you.
