The staff are very friendly and professional. Mr Rana help me solve issue.

The staff at this place are very unprofessional. Although the provider is good, the staff's lack of professionalism is a major letdown. I had to wait for 1-2 hours to get my results over the phone, and they couldn't even recall my visit details which is so annoying😡
