You could get about the same quality medical attention from a weed dispensary in a tenth of the wait time. There was chewed gum in the blankets they provided and that was the highlight of our visit. Medical staff clearly fears accountability for patients’ wellbeing. Patients could graduate nursing or medical school and figure out what tests they need before the staff offers any valuable insight. If it’s an emergency, book a flight to a country with actual healthcare, you have better chances

Im not pleased they do not take before you leave the hospital. Bleeding my arms. And water filter needs change because it forces me to be sleepy

Omg unnecessary waiting time I swear, you have to wait forever to get discharged. This needs to stop, the young female doctor have too much attitude

我儿子在9/9上午10点 因为幻听现象严重 拿着器械去公园找人群挥舞被我要求送到急诊室进行住院治疗 在这里急诊室过了一夜 呆了一整天 直到第二天9/10上午 他们说这里没有床位 没有给他进行任何治疗 结果被送往长岛精神病院 住了两周 也没有给他诊断和治疗的就出院了 现在安排他去离家一个多小时的一家精神诊所去看医生 这让家长感到非常担心 会影响病人的病情稳定 如果出现人员伤亡情况这该怎么办呀 这个急诊室里的精神科的一个男性医生让人感觉很不专业 态度冷漠 冷血无情 这么紧急情况都不让住院治疗 都不给床位 这怎么让人信服呢 因为我知道这里有两个地方可以给精神病人住院治疗的 一个是给儿童住院的 另一个是给成年人的 不可能没有一个床位的 天天都有人出院的 第一天住不下 第二天总该有床位吧 我劝大家 有精神方面的急诊 千万别送到这里 如果能给零星 我只给零

Even though this ER was extremely packed and busy during my visit, I honestly have to give credit to the entire staff because they did an amazing job under the circumstances. Despite the long wait and how overwhelmed the department appeared at times, the ER was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. A special thank-you to PAC Bishop, Nurse Tay, Ed Tech Ms. Brown, the registrar, and the behavioral health assistants. Everyone I encountered was patient, professional, and compassionate.
