The doctor and nurse practitioner took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan, making me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. Highly recommend the dedicated team here!"
Customer service is low the morale in there is low. The doctors don’t help and there is no privacy for confidentiality. They speak so loud about your medical issues that everyone around you can hear. They are so lucky I have no damn time to sue them! This hospital is looking for a good law suit !

El problema no es el hospital ni los servicios que ofrece, sino algunas personas que trabajan allí. La falta de empatía, respeto y profesionalismo es lo que realmente afecta la experiencia de los pacientes. Es preocupante que, en un área tan importante como la salud, haya personal sin vocación o sin la disposición adecuada para atender a quienes lo necesitan.
