This is the worst ER Ever visit , u have to sick down and take ur IV. I had to sit for hours before someone attended to you There services sucks. No one inform u of anything that's going on you have to sit there and worried .how much more long or what's going to happen next. My stress level went from 1 to 10, staff are suppose to make u feel better that was not the situation. absolutely horrible, no one should ever go here . I have never seen such horrible services, waited 3 hours to just get covid test. came into the emergency section feeling like i am about to pass out , to feeling just fine as they made me wait here for so long
Queens Hospital Emergency Room is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service is absolutely terrible. While a few of the nurses were sweet and kind, the rest of the staff were either careless or straight-up rude. The doctors and PCA nurses have zero sense of urgency, and the overall system is a complete mess. I was stuck there for over 13 hours, wasting my time, only to leave without any proper diagnosis or clear answers.
