Queens Hospital Emergency Room is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service is absolutely terrible. While a few of the nurses were sweet and kind, the rest of the staff were either careless or straight-up rude. The doctors and PCA nurses have zero sense of urgency, and the overall system is a complete mess. Don’t ever come here ever. Took two hours just to get my vitals taken. Been here for 7 hours for them to only do blood work and chalk up my pain to a previous condition when I’ve never experienced this, meanwhile I was referred here by urgent care. Don’t waist your time coming here.
This place is rude. The nurses talk bad about you right Infront of you saying you don’t know how to read for not putting on a mask. Mind you when you’re in vital pain that’s the last thing on your mind. They treat you like nothing and as if you’re stupid if they assume you don’t speak English until you saying something back.
