Never have open appointments, I have tired for 2 years to get a appointment, I live in this building it's attached to and the best they can do is put me on a waiting list that never gets called.
The staff is very rude. The tall guy with the braces doesn't know anything. Everytime I come for an appointment I see him just waking around looking clueless telling the staff what to do. I saw an employee ask him a question and he was clueless. I can't wait to change doctors. I asked him why the dentist didn't have any earlier appointments and he sent me to another person who said I had to wait until next year. This place is a joke.
