AWFUL!! I showed up for my appointment and they said there was no appointment, yet my partner who made their appointment at the same time as me was booked. I made another appointment to give them another chance, and I scheduled it for 3:30, a time I scheduled my work around. At 1 pm, the day of the appointment, they texted me to say that it was scheduled at 3 pm.
