We did it! After so many years of turning away the "solar people", Derek engaged us in a way that worked. We felt comfortable at every step in this very complex "once in a lifetime" process. Derek always had a way to break it down into simple terms and put us at ease. The whole process went as planned and now we are doing our part to help the environment! We just got our beautiful panels installed and it has been such a great experience. Our rep Chris W** was professional and personable. He made the whole process streamline and stress free. Going solar can be a big investment but they help you utilize the state and federal tax credits making it affordable. Chris explained thoroughly how the NY Sun Incentive program works and he went above and beyond to answer all our questions. He also kept us informed throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the installation as it was relatively painless and inexpensive. I was able to have the satisfaction of helping the environment while saving money on electricity. Going green gave me lots of satisfaction.

Derek was wonderful. He always answered all my questions promptly. I was a bit hesitant initially, however, Derek walked me through all aspects of the project and financing and made me feel completely comfortable with the process. Everything he said came true and the project was installed without issue.

The installers were very professional. The panels are wrapped in a black critter guard which gives the panels a really nice finished look. Our program manager, Chris W**, was knowledgeable and friendly. The application process was easy.

The process from beginning to end was effortless. The project manager CJ E******** explained things completely. All the schedules that were set up went smoothly. We are happy to be able to use clean energy and saving a lot of money.
