Great customer service, very easy process, definitely going to recommend to friends and family
We were very satisfied with the program and service from NY State Solar. From the initial meeting from the representative Alex L**** , to the installation in one day. Happy to be able to participate in this program to be more "green" and to be able to save money!
Great experience from start to finish. Alex and his team walked me through the entire process of getting a solar panel system in my home from the costs, credits, timelines and everything that was expected from me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering going solar!

You will definitely feel good about yourself and save a lot of money by going solar. If I could do it again, I would have done it as soon as I purchased the house. Joe H**** explained the process in great detail and made the decision a no brainer. It's good for your wallet and the environment and most of all, the federal and state rebates make the decision even easier. Go solar. Ask for Joe H**** and know you are doing the right thing.
Worked with Christopher W**, who is extremely friendly and helpful. Chris made the whole process look so easy which is much more complicated. Chris worked with me on multiple options guiding through the process and answering all my questions. Chris also made himself available whenever I had a question. The process took a while and I had a period of doubt if NYSS can deliver but it worked out In the end. Overall I am satisfied with system and NYSS. SuNation was good with communication and installation.
Joseph H was extremely helpful in understanding the rebate programs and designing the system for my house. Installation was quick, professional and clean. Couldn’t be happier....
